This motorcycle tour will take us through the route to independence. We will ride through Boyacá’s beautiful landscapes, these include Ventaquemada, the Boyacá Bridge, the Vargas Swamp (where one of the most important battles took place on July 25th1819), the Chivatá Shrine, Gámeza, Tunja, Paipa, Sogamoso and Socha. This motorcycle adventure will make you realize Boyacá is why Boyacá is one of the most underrated regions in Colombia!

- This tour is 70% paved roads and 30% gravel and dirt, varying short stretches of good highways to small sealed back roads with some potholes. Many twisties and several Andean mountain passes, extreme scenic mountain routes. For riders with Off road experience and good curving skills. Passengers OK

- WEATHER
- In Colombia temperatures can vary between 10°C to 40°C (50 F to 95°F) depending on what region we are in. While driving over the mountain passes, temperatures can drop for short periods of time but generally we go from warm to hot weather. It is recommended to ride with ventilated riding gear. Rain suite or liner is highly recommended to protect you against low temperatures through the mountains. Possible short rain showers can occur year round.
